General
Objectives
- Community
Building of Children & Youth Workers
The Track
will promote community among youth workers in order to encourage,
pray for and love one another. The primary objective is
to inspire, encourage and challenge youth workers to continue
the great work they are doing in a difficult and often lonely
ministry.
|
| |
- Central
Resource Station
The Track
will provide a central place for the building and sharing of
resources among children & youth workers. Through
various media such as the internet, newsletters, individual/group
email lists and the AGRM website; the track will address issues,
concerns and practical solutions for youth workers.
|
- National
Networking
The Track
will network with other organizations to further the work of
evangelizing and discipling at-risk children & youth in
ministries of the AGRM. This could include creating or
recommending regional training confrences, attending national
meetings to promote our Track agenda and/or monthly contact
with national leaders.
