Serving as the AGRM's "Rehabilitation Track," CARA is a group of individuals and ministries dedicated to Biblical restoration of people addicted to alcohol and drugs. An mid-year training conference is held each year, as well as a special pre-convention seminar training session held in conjunction with the annual AGRM Convention.
